Every piece is made to order, ensuring the highest level of detail and comfort — no mass production, no compromises.

Handle your Knotz piece with the same care it’s made with.
For light cleaning, gently spot clean using a damp cloth.
For a deeper wash, hand-wash delicately in cold water and air dry in shade.
Avoid bleach, harsh detergents, and machine drying to preserve its form and texture.

Each Knotz cushion is made to order — hand-filled, stitched, and packed fresh.
Orders typically dispatch within 4–6 business days and arrive within 2–5 days depending on your city.
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
You’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking link once your cushion is ready to ship.

All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
