Exchanges:
- Color and Design: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges based on color preferences or design changes. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.
- Defective Items: If you receive a pillow that is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

Returns:
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for a change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is damaged.
- Damaged Items: If your decorative pillow arrives damaged, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer service at cozynestbymirha@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

Return Shipping:
- If your item is eligible for return or exchange due to damage, we will cover the return shipping costs. Instructions for returning your item will be provided upon approval of your return request.

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
